Enjoy this quick new take on the classic English trifle using Pågen’s Gifflar.

Ingredients

Double cream
Custard cream
Berries

Method

Cut the Gifflar into smaller pieces.
Whisk the double cream and custard cream separately.
Layer the ingredients in a glass jar.
Start with a layer of Gifflar, then cream, berries, custard and Gifflar again.
Fill the bowl and top with berries.
Voila – trifle.
