Delicious dessert made from Gifflar, berries and a touch of vanilla.

Gifflar Vanilla
250 g
of berries, preferably raspberries
Frosting
100 g
cream cheese
25 g
melted butter
1 tbsp
milk (3% fat)
1 tsp
vanilla sugar
2 dl
icing sugar
Method
Frosting: Whisk together cream cheese, melted butter, milk and vanilla sugar to a smooth, fluffy dough. Stir in the icing sugar.
Divide the Gifflar into pieces and place them in a dish, such as a pie dish.
Spread the berries in the dish.
Heat the whole dish in a microwave, about 20 seconds, so that the Gifflar and berries become lukewarm.
Drizzle over the frosting and serve as dessert.
Tip.
For a fresher tasting frosting, add a little grated lemon zest in the mixture.
Love chocolate? Change the icing sugar in the frosting with chocolate flavoured icing sugar.
