Method

Choose for yourself how ugly you want to make your Gifflar monsters for Halloween!
Make your own icing and colour with food colouring according to the recipe:
Mix all ingredients until smooth (whisk with an electric mixer).
Spread it all on top of the rolls Or… buy ready-made icing in different colours!
Top with sugar eyes of different sizes. It’s that easy!
