Ingredients: pk. Gifflar Cinnamon; 2 small bowls; 1 Egg; 1 ¼ Milk; 25 ml Cream; 1 tbsp Sugar; 2 msk Cinnamon; Custard to taste

For two servings you’ll need
pk. Gifflar Cinnamon
2 small bowls
1 Egg
1 ¼ Milk
25 ml Cream
1 tbsp Sugar
2 msk Cinnamon
Custard to taste

Method

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Take two small serving bowls (baking dishes)
Roll out two Gifflar in each bowl and lay flat
Place a whole roll on top, with the swirl facing up.
Whisk eggs, 1 tbsp sugar, baking powder, milk and cream in a saucepan and heat over medium heat on the stove.
Distribute in the molds.
Sprinkle with a little cinnamon mixed with a pinch of sugar.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with custard.
